That’s why Alliance Homecare developed The Grandma Rule®, our guiding philosophy to hiring the best and most experienced Home Health Aides, Private Duty Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). The Grandma Rule® means we only hire professional caregivers who we would hire to take care of our own grandmothers – but it’s more than that. It also means taking the steps to deeply vet and screen our caregiving staff.
